Of minor interest: The New York Post is reportingthat on September 19, Rudy Giuliani will bolster his coffers by throwing a $10,000-a-head fund-raiser in jolly ol’ England. Only US citizens will be permitted to donate.
Interesting tactic. Remember back in 2000, when absentee ballots from overseas were potentially a significant factor in the election? This time it’s money. Comes with the global reach of being a hyperpower, I suppose.
